  2. We will email your firm and provide a detailed questionnaire

  3. Your firm will need to pass background checks for all personnel as well as lien checks

  4. We will require at least 3 references

  5. We will review your insurance policies on all lots

  6. We reserve the option to conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection of all lots
